Job description

Mitie is looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician at County Hall, Chelmsford, delivering planned and reactive maintenance within a commercial facilities management environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance in line with contractual KPIs

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records

• Support subcontractor activities on site

• Provide excellent customer service, keeping assets safe, compliant and fully operational

Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Requirements

Recognised electrical qualification (e.g. City & Guilds 18th Edition / NVQ Level 3) and experience in commercial building services maintenance.
