1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Construction Jobs Hub ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Construction Jobs Hub provides an online platform connecting construction workers with employers. Our services include:

• Job posting and browsing
• Worker profile creation and management
• CSCS Health & Safety testing and certification
• Digital tradesman card issuance
• Direct contact between workers and employers
• Company profile advertising for verified tradesmen

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Types

• Workers: Construction professionals seeking employment or offering services
• Employers: Companies or individuals posting job opportunities
• Admins: Platform administrators managing certifications and content

3.3 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Worker Services

4.1 Profile Creation

Workers may create profiles including personal information, skills, certifications, work history, and portfolio photos. You warrant that all information provided is accurate and current.

4.2 CSCS Certification

Our platform offers CSCS Health & Safety testing. While we strive for accuracy, the responsibility for maintaining valid certifications rests with the worker. Our tests are for practice and internal certification only.

4.3 Company Profiles

Workers with their own business may subscribe to premium company profile advertising for GHS 50/month. This service provides visibility in our "Find Tradesmen" directory.

5. Employer Services

5.1 Job Posting

Employers may post job opportunities at no cost. All job postings must be legitimate employment offers in the construction industry.

5.2 Prohibited Job Content

Job postings must not contain:

• Discriminatory language or requirements
• False or misleading information
• Non-construction related positions
• Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
• Adult or inappropriate content

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Company Profile Subscription

Premium company profiles cost GHS 50 per month, paid via Mobile Money. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

6.2 Free Services

Job browsing, profile creation, job applications, and basic job posting are free services provided at no charge.

7. Content Ownership and License

7.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, CV, descriptions). By uploading content, you grant Construction Jobs Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

7.2 Prohibited Content

Users must not upload:

• Copyrighted material without permission
• False certifications or credentials
• Offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Malware or malicious code

8. Admin Certification

Construction Jobs Hub admins may review and certify worker profiles. Certification indicates profile verification but does not guarantee work quality or employment. We reserve the right to revoke certifications at any time.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

Construction Jobs Hub is a platform connecting workers and employers. We are not:

• An employment agency
• Responsible for employment disputes
• Liable for work quality or conduct of users
• Guarantors of job placement or employment
• Responsible for payment disputes between parties

We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from use of the platform.

11. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Interfere with platform operations or security
• Post spam or unsolicited advertisements

12. Intellectual Property

The Construction Jobs Hub name, logo, and platform design are proprietary to Construction Jobs Hub. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Users may delete their accounts at any time.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between users (worker-employer) should be resolved directly between parties. Construction Jobs Hub may provide contact information but is not responsible for mediating disputes.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notice.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
