Labour Based Solutions is currently seeking a skilled team of 10 qualified Electricians and 5 Electrical Improvers for a major construction project in Hereford. We are looking for dedicated, safety-conscious professionals to join our site team to deliver high-quality electrical installations. The ideal candidates will be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and be capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a larger multidisciplinary team to meet strict project deadlines and quality standards.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems across the site. For Electricians, duties include complex wiring, installing containment systems, terminating cables, and ensuring all work adheres to current BS 7671 IET Wiring Regulations. Electrical Improvers will assist the lead electricians in these tasks, including cable pulling, drilling, containment installation, and general site support, providing a valuable opportunity to develop skills under the guidance of experienced trade professionals.

All applicants must hold valid industry certification (JIB/ECS card) and demonstrate a solid background in commercial or industrial electrical installations.
