Job description

Mitie is recruiting a Maintenance Technician (plumbing bias) in Coventry, working 40 hours per week supporting service delivery within a healthcare environment.

Main duties:

• Undertake plumbing maintenance and reactive tasks in a healthcare environment, including mechanical planned and preventive maintenance

• Maintain statutory, mandatory and routine compliance with evidence readily available

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation where safety and hygiene are critical

• Support water hygiene guidance, policies and procedures

• Build open, honest relationships with Trust, SPV and Mitie stakeholders

Requirements

Recognised plumbing qualification and experience in building maintenance. Healthcare or similar compliance-led environment experience is an advantage.
