# Plumber
**Location:** London
**Salary:** Competitive CIS Day Rate + Overtime + Long Term Opportunity
## The Opportunity
Our client is a highly respected plumbing and heating business with an outstanding reputation for quality workmanship, reliability and exceptional customer service. Working with some of London's leading estate agents and residential property management companies, they continue to experience sustained growth and are looking to appoint an experienced Plumber to join their team.

## The Role
Working across domestic and residential properties throughout London, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of plumbing repairs, maintenance and installation work. You will be trusted to manage your own workload, maintain high standards of workmanship and provide an excellent customer experience on every job.
### Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair plumbing faults and leaks.
* Install, maintain and repair pipework, heating systems and water services.
* Complete first and second fix plumbing works.
* Install and repair toilets, basins, taps, showers, radiators, cylinders and waste systems.
* Carry out reactive maintenance and planned plumbing repairs.
* Complete work in line with current regulations and industry best practice.
* Accurately record completed works, materials used and job notes.
* Maintain a safe, clean and professional working environment.
* Build positive relationships with customers and the office team.
## About You
You will be an experienced domestic plumber who takes pride in delivering high quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
### Essential Requirements
* Minimum of 2 to 3 years' plumbing experience.
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating, or equivalent.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Own van and tools.
* Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
* Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
* Professional, reliable and customer focused.
### Desirable
* G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification.
* Gas Safe Registration.
* CSCS Card.
